Q1: How long is a full days training? |

A: The full days training will start 09:30 – 15:30

Q2: Is there a maximum number of people per course? |

A:
This will depend on two factors if your training facilities are adequate and the course on which you are booking: For example the first aid appointed person course could only have a maximum of 10 because each person has to do a 10 min assessmen on CPR after completing the 10 module scenario assessments. It is possible to take the numbers up to 12 people if the training environment is suitable for other courses that are available.

Q3: Can I book two half day courses on the same day? |

A: Yes you can book two half day courses on the same day.

Q4: Do you offer discount? |
|
A: Discount will be offered to new clients who are booking 3 or more course on the initial contact; also clients that are booking course bundles will also be offered a discount.

Q5: Do I pay a booking fee? |
|
A: Yes all course bookings are finalised when the booking fee is received.

Q6: When do I pay for the course? |
|
A:You will be required to make full payment less the booking fee paid on the completion of the course. Special arrangements are available and the terms should be made clear on booking.

Q7: How can you guarantee that you are training up to date information. |

4 Care solutions belong to many other links with the Health & Social Care profession and all courses are update and reviewed on a periodical basis by qualified and competent training staff (RGN & OCR registered instructor), any updates or amends will be posted on the website and the next training day completed all updated information will be highlighted.

Q8: Do I get any feed back from the trainer or trainees? |
|
A: The trainer will be completing a competence based questionnaire on each candidate on courses that require a practical involvement. After every course all candidates fill out a training evaluation form about the training they have received, this is copied and you the client will receive the originals documentation.

Q9: Do I receive a certificate on completing the course/courses? |
|
A: Yes you will receive a certificate of competence on completion of all courses attended.

Q10: What happens if I have to cancel? |
|

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice it will be down to the
manager’s discretion on the loss of the booking fee.

Q11: Is there a minimum number of people per course? |

A: There is no minimum; however the cost of the course will remain the same despite the number attending.

Q12: How long is a half day training session? |
|
A: A half day training is a maximum of three and a half hours, times suited to you.

Q13: Where are the courses run? |
|
A: We are able to offer in house courses and also external courses; mainly the trainer will come to you and deliver the course in house. |
