As The Manager at Iden Manor, training is a high priority to me in ensuring that all staff are working to the same standard and staff are kept motivated. Having sat in on some of your training sessions I have found them to be informative and lively. You put the staff at ease and give constructive feedback. I have seen staff following your training sessions keen to put into practice new things they have learnt (both newly appointed and experienced staff). I have found you to be understanding and have gone out of your way to deliver sessions that are individual to our home, looking at areas of weakness so further training can be built in. Reliability and time keeping has been excellent and the turnover of certificates is good.
